We are excited to invite your participation in and sponsorship of the Genetic Code Expansion Conference 2024, August 8-10 at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, USA. We have an exciting line-up of speakers from academia and industry, including keynote speakers Peter Schultz (Scripps), Alanna Schepartz (UC Berkeley), and Michael Jewett (Stanford). The Genetic Code Expansion (GCE) Conference 2024 welcomes corporate, journal and institutional sponsors. A conference goal is to bring together current and future GCE users with those in the broader chemical biology and biomedical scientific communities to catalyze GCE implementation. Sponsorships are essential to increasing conference accessibility by keeping registration cost down.

GCE Conference 2024 Sponsorship Levels

Named Conference Reception Sponsor – $5,000 

One sponsorship at this level is available (note: this would include food, alcohol)

• Named Conference Reception held on the first night of the conference.
• One (1) conference registration for in-person attendance.
• Sponsor table with tablecloth.
• Organization logo on conference webpage, booklet and welcome slide.
• Distribute flyers/brochures at conference.

Poster Session Sponsor – $3,000 

Two sponsorships at this level are available

• One (1) conference registration for in-person attendance.
• Named poster session.
• Poster awards: 3 awards@ $200.
• Sponsor representative presents the awards.
• Organization logo on conference webpage, booklet and welcome slide
• Distribute flyers/brochures at conference.

Gold Sponsor – $3,000

Eight sponsorships at this level are available

• One (1) conference registration for in-person attendance.
• Named science session or keynote session.
• Sponsor table with tablecloth.

Silver Sponsor – $2,000

Six sponsorships at this level are available
