Poster Instructions

Posters should fit within a 48-inch x 48-inch format.

Posters can remain up through the entire conference and can be hung upon arrival Thursday evening or Friday morning. There will be two in-person poster sessions, Session I on Friday August 9 and Session II on Saturday August 10. You will be assigned a poster number that will be included in the Abstract book – coming soon.

Prior to each Poster Session, we will have time for poster flash talks. Each poster presenter may present a 1.5 minute flash talk including 1 PowerPoint slide. We request you minimize animations.
